"My wife and I were in The Gatlinburg area for a week, and I wanted to rent a motorcycle for a day. I went on the internet and found Mountain Motorsports. I Contacted Darren Burnett, at the rental department. He was the most helpful and professional
person to deal with. He explained everything, and exactly how the whole rental process would work. When I left the dealership with the motorcycle I felt very comfortable. I enjoyed the ride over to Cherokee and back. It all worked out just fine. "I was a leery when I got to the show room as I am mistrustful of dealerships and all that typically goes along with it. However Mountain Motorsports completely EXCEEDED my expectations in their professionalism, sales demeanor, and general customer interactions. I worked with Danyel and Victor to secure my new Can-AM Spyder. They did not pressure me at all and when I decided to return the next day during BikeLanta (crazy busy), they still took their time with me and got me squared away. In addition Brandon in the accessories department also took his time with me to pick out some accessories. Several days later I called the accessories department and David and Joe worked with me separately to order helmets and additional accessories. They both took their time and were patient and so helpful. I am truly pleased with the dealership and everyone I have worked with so far are super. I do not even have my bike yet but these guys have made me a loyal and happy customer so far."

"What can I say...
I was in the market for a VTX 1800N Spec 3, no one wanted to take the time to find me a bike. After finding one in Tenn., I contacted Robert Jennings about what I had found and asked him to research what he could find for me. Within an hour Robert had located the bike I was looking for and matched the price I was going to give in Tenn. The bike arrived within a week of placing the order and was ready for me to pick up when I returned from vacation. Robert came in on his day off the deliver the bike to me.

At 3075 miles I picked up a drywall screw in the rear tire, and the service department at Mountain Adventures replaced it with an OEM tire as promised. They acted quickly and did a great job. "In the past, I've been dealing with Honda out in Lawrenceville & near work, Motions in Marietta. However, a friend told me about Mountain Adventures. "I just wanted to say that I had an outstanding customer service experience with the purchase of my new 06 Yamaha Warrior. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. "Got the best deal I have personally seen on a 2005 Suzuki King Quad. Hundereds and in some cases thousands less. The sales people are easy going and very helpful. The financing department is one of the most honest and supportive setups around. Not to mention the huge stock of atvs. They had one if not two of about every desirable quad that you could think of. All in all this is my first vehilcle purchase from them and it will not be my last.

I know that these guys get paid on comission and their time is very important but instead of moving on to the next sale Matt took his time and itroduced me to one of the parts guys. Linton hooked me up with a 10% discount on my Big Wheel kit and Warn wench. Matt then had the service guys put my wench on in the same day.
